A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every product and every production batch, confirming identity by mass spectrometry and purity by HPLC from independent UK-accredited third-party laboratories. COA documentation reflects the batch analysed at the time of testing. Clarix Peptides makes no warranty as to compound stability or potency beyond the stated expiry date or outside the stated storage conditions.
All products are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder unless otherwise stated. Bacteriostatic Water is supplied as a sterile aqueous solution. All products require appropriate laboratory handling in accordance with applicable safety standards.
All orders placed through clarixpeptides.com are subject to acceptance by Clarix Research Ltd (trading as Clarix Peptides). An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — a contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and issue a dispatch notification.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our absolute discretion, including where we suspect misuse, where payment cannot be verified, or where the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason. In such cases, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices are correct at the time of display but may be subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of order placement will apply to that order. Clarix Research Ltd is not currently registered for VAT; all prices shown are the total price payable.
We accept payment by bank transfer (manual or open banking). Clarix Peptides does not store any card or payment data on its servers.
Due to the nature of the products sold — research chemicals requiring specialist cold-chain storage conditions — Clarix Peptides operates a strictly limited refund policy.
The 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to these products, as they are goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and require specialist cold-chain storage conditions (Regulation 28(1)(c)).
Order cancellations may be requested before dispatch has begun. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@clarixpeptides.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a product that is visibly damaged in transit, or if we have dispatched an incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. This is your statutory right and is not subject to our discretion.
All other sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or unsealed research chemical products under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our supply chain and to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards for research chemicals.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Saturday on the same working day. Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Clarix Peptides accepts no liability for delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, customs inspections, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery is currently available to UK mainland addresses. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend delivery to specific regions at any time. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
If a delivery is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Any additional delivery charges incurred in this circumstance are the buyer's responsibility.
